Champion Teamwear x King of the Court Competition

Terms & Conditions




1. Promoter

The promoter is First Ever Pty Ltd (ABN 12 264 718 047), located at 25 Howard St, Richmond, VIC 3121 trading as Champion Teamwear.

 

2. Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.

  • Entrants under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian consent to enter.

  • Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

  • Only one entry per person will be accepted.

 

3. Competition Period

  • The competition opens on November 7th, 2025 and closes at 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, November 9, 2025.

  • The competition is held in conjunction with King of the Court, taking place on November 8th & 9th, 2025.

  • Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.

 

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

  1. Complete the entry form on the competition page during the Competition Period.

  2. Provide their first name, last name, and valid email address.

  3. Submit the entry form before the competition closes.

 

5. Prize

  • One (1) winner will receive $1,000 AUD worth of custom kit from Champion Teamwear, redeemable towards a single custom order. 

  • The prize is not transferable, refundable, or exchangeable for cash.

  • Prize value is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST.

  • Any additional costs above the $1,000 value will be the responsibility of the winner.

 

6. Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be randomly drawn by the Promoter within 7 business days of the competition closing date.

  • The winner will be notified by email using the contact details provided.

  • If the winner cannot be contacted within 5 business days, the prize may be forfeited and another winner selected.

  • The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

 

7. Prize Redemption

  • The prize must be redeemed through Champion Teamwear by November 9th, 2026.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to verify the winner’s identity and eligibility prior to awarding the prize.

 

8. Publicity

By entering, entrants grant permission to the Promoter to use their name, image, and/or competition entry for promotional and marketing purposes, without additional compensation.

 

9. Privacy

Personal information collected from entrants will be used for the purpose of administering this competition and for marketing communications from First Ever Pty Ltd and its associated brands.

10. General Conditions

  • The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entries deemed incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.

  • The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • The prize cannot be substituted or combined with any other offers.

  • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
