How long does an order take? Every uniform is made to order in 15-25 business days, and you receive a tracking number from our team as soon as it ships.

Can I return or exchange my order? Because each uniform is made just for you, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds, so please check your sizes before you order.

How do I get the right size? Use the Size Guide, which lists body measurements and actual garment measurements. The jersey charts apply to both standard and reversible jerseys.

What can I customise? Colours, team name font style, player names and numbers, and your own logos and images, using the online customiser.

How are the uniforms printed? 100% sublimation printed on breathable, moisture wicking Pro-Sport polyester.

Can I order just one? Yes. Prices are shown per quantity, and the price per item drops as you order more, for example a men's basketball jersey is $89.95 for one and $59.95 each for seven or more.

Do you offer discounts or payment plans? Spend $600 for 10% off or $1,000 for 15% off, and AfterPay is available.

Which currencies can I shop in? Australian dollars and New Zealand dollars.
